Yes, and it is deliberately modest. First orders start at 100 kg. That volume secures the strongest airfreight cargo rate for the buyer and gives both sides a meaningful first delivery to build a working relationship on. State your target volume in the form and your quotation will confirm the exact rate, packed in vented 4 kg to 10 kg cartons.

Sample arrangements are made case by case, based on the size of your business and the market you serve. Mashamba arranges a one-off sample delivery where a genuine supply relationship is on the table, so every sample reflects the quality and delivery standard you would receive on a full order. Mashamba quotes with airfreight carriage included to your named destination airport, the arrangement buyers know as CPT. You clear the shipment and handle import formalities on arrival, and our team supplies the full export document pack. The cargo is Mashamba's responsibility in transit: if anything happens to it, we put a replacement on the next available flight out at our expense. Buyers who prefer to book their own freight from Entebbe can ask their account manager for an FCA Entebbe price.

New buyers confirm an order with a 50 percent deposit, with the balance due at the destination or clearance airport. Produce is not released until payments are in order. Established buyers can agree adjusted terms with their account manager, and every quotation states the exact payment schedule in writing.

Quotations are valid for 7 days. Mashamba has exported from Uganda for 25 years and holds long-standing cargo relationships, including with Uganda Airlines, which keeps our airfreight rates among the strongest available, and the 7-day window lets us hold that rate for you. If your quotation lapses, ask your account manager to refresh it.

That depends on your deposit clearing and the urgency of the order. For most buyers the produce is at their destination airport about 4 days after the order is confirmed, and no more than 6 days. Our grower network across Uganda's regions keeps supply constant through the year, so harvest is rarely the delay.
